Det här året testar vi att arrangera årets ungdomsläger före och i samband med sommarlägret på Hjälmargården för att göra det smidigare för er att vara med på både och.

This sounds great! What is this camp and when?
From the 20th to the 26th of July we will gather at Hjälmargården, situated close to the lake Hjälmaren, to learn more about what God wants with our lives. We will have lectures, interesting discussions, devotions with songs and praise, competitions/games and of course a lot of fun! The camp will be held at the same time as the LBK Family Retreat at Hjälmargården, which starts on the 22nd of July. From this day, we will have some of our activities (morning/evening devotions and services ) together with the Family Retreat. There will however still be activities only for the young people during these days.

The camp will start Monday 20th July 16:00.

What will we do at the camp?
Apart from bible studies and discussions, there will be plenty of time for swimming, beach volleyball, sunbathing and other recreational activities. We are hoping for a Lutheran Champions League play-off in soccer with Sweden, Germany and USA represented! 🙂

What is the price for the camp?
The total cost for the camp is 500 SEK for all six days. This includes a fee for the camping grounds (if you can bring your own tent, please specify this in the registration). Furthermore, all the food from Monday till Wednesday is included. From Thursday, evening supper and the Swedish “fika” is included.

Not included in the 500 SEK is breakfast and lunch from Thursday till Sunday. You will still have to eat, so there are two options here:

1. You eat breakfast and lunch in the restaurant at Hjälmargården, payment is made to the reception on site. (Breakfast is 60 SEK and Lunch is 90 SEK). If you are planning to eat in the restaurant, you have to send an e-mail to Anna Karlsson (responsible for the Family Retreat registration): anmalanlbk@gmail.com
2. You make your own breakfast and lunch in the kitchens we have access to. We will arrange transportation to the closest store during the camp days, but you can also bring food with you when you arrive. A good idea is to get together in a “kitchen-team” with your buddies and cook together.

How do I register for the camp?
Its simple, follow these two steps.
